Uniquity Group employs a variety of investment strategies across its divisions including mid-to-late-stage venture capital through to growth equity and real estate private equity. The Firm also considers joint ventures with established specialised sponsors and asset managers.

The Firm’s investment horizon is predominantly long-term. Short-term investments are only considered in the case of special situations. For all other investment types, the Firm focuses on building long-term value.

The Company relies on its own management team as well as external advisors and regulated partners and global thought leaders to formulate and execute the best long-term plan for each investment and plays an active role in supporting the management teams of portfolio companies to succeed in their corporate strategy execution.
